Meet the Maximal Health Chiropractic Team

I love what I do and look forward to getting to the office each day! The fact is knowing what I now know to be the truth about health and healing in our community today there is a real need for more education. For my team and I education is equally important to the actual care. Our ultimate goal is to educate and inform our community about the cause of breakdown in the body and offer hope, leadership, and guidance to the families that entrust us with their lives and health futures everyday. ...read more»

When I was a junior in high school I began a two year class called health and science technology at the Dale Jackson Career Center in Lewisville, Texas. It was there that I found my true passion and desire to work in the health field. I was lucky enough to land a job as an assistant with one of our clinical sponsors who happened to be a Chiropractor.
As time went on the philosophy of Chiropractic and the ability of our bodies to heal themselves was fascinating to me and just seemed to make sense. I knew that I wanted to not only help people feel comfortable, but to help people live truly healthy and happy lives, so I decided to become a Chiropractor. I am currently attending college to obtain my prerequisites for admittance to Parker Chiropractic College.

Learning about chiropractic has been a life changing experience for me. As a teenager I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. I consequently was put on several different medications to cover up the symptoms. After having a flare up a few years ago, my boyfriend (who currently attends Parker College of Chiropractic) recommended that I see a chiropractor to try a different approach. I learned that your body has an innate ability to heal itself. My body has done just that with the help of chiropractic care. I knew I wanted to work in this field so I could help educate the community about what chiropractic care really is and how it can help them.
