- Foods that fuel your body to CREATE the building blocks for optimal expression of healthy cells, tissues, and organs. Learn nutritional habits of the outrageously healthy.
- Mindset of healing. Learn how to focus your thoughts on getting well, seeing what you really want from life, your body, and how to use the mind to increase expression of health in your body.
We highly recommend attending as many seminars as you can. Bring a friend or family member to join you along the way towards amazing health, there is no cost to attend. All seminars begin at 6pm.
